Northstar Gloss & Guard requests that all personal belongings, electronics, and valuables be removed from the vehicle prior to the appointment. We are not responsible for any items left in the vehicle during the detailing process.
• Loose trim pieces or failing clear coat.
• Cracked/chipped glass or mirrors.
• Heavily soiled or brittle interior components (e.g., aged leather or sun-damaged plastics).
• Any mechanical or electrical issues.
• Provide a safe, flat work area with enough space for the mobile rig to operate.
• Water/Power: Provide access to a standard electrical outlet and/or exterior water spigot if requested.
To ensure the highest quality results, protect our professional equipment, and prevent freezing on vehicle surfaces during the Minnesota winter months (November through March), Northstar Gloss & Guard operates under a winter service policy:
• Indoor / Heated Space Requirement: Clients must provide a safe, accessible, and heated indoor space (such as a residential garage or heated parking structure) for mobile services.
• Drop-Off Option: Vehicle drop-off options are available at our secure location for clients without a private garage.
