Northstar Gloss & Guard is fully self-contained to handle your service. While we prefer access to a standard outdoor water spigot and electrical outlet to maintaint maximum efficiency, we can provide our own power and water supply upon request for a convenience fee of $35.

We are a mobile detailing service that comes directly to you across the Twin Cities metro area. During the Minnesota winter months (November through March), we operate under winter service policy requiring a safe, accessible, and heated indoor space ( like a residental garage) or a vehicle drop-off at our secure location.

Payment is due upon completion of the service. We prefer cash and offer a $10 discount for all cash payments, but we also accept Zelle, Cash App, and all major debit and credit cards via a secure POS system via SquarePOS ( please note that card transactions are subject to a 3% processing fee.)

All listed prices are starting rates based on vehicles in average condition. Vehicles requiring extra time and labor due to severe conditions-such as excessive pet hair, heavy mud or salt buildup, severe staining, or biological messes-are subject to and additional fee starting at $50.

No , you do not need to stand outside with us.. As long as we have access to your vehicle and any requested water or power sources ( or have coordinated entry for your garage/drop-off), you can go about your day while we transform your ride.

Detailing tines vary based on the package and the vehicle's condition. Our service tiers typically range from a few hours for standard maintenance to a full day for intensive multi-stage packages. We will provide a precise time estimate when you book your appointment.

When you submit a booking request through our online form, you will select your preferred date and time slot ( morning, mid-afternoon, or evening)/ Please note that these selections are requested times and are not immediately guranteed. Because we meticulously coordinate our mobile schedule to ensure perfectin every mile™, we will personally contact you within 24 hours to confirm your time slot or coordinate the best available opening that fits your needs.
